Tundra Hunter Warwick - Blood Trail (W Passive) Missing Blue VFX

To reproduce, choose Tundra Hunter Warwick, skill a point into his W and get an enemy to 50% hp; until 9.15, this ability had both blue particles and red - now the blue particles are missing from the blood trail.

Unless this was for some bizarre reason intentionally removed, it seems to be a bug and kinda sucks for the theme of the skin.
