I think it bugs out everytime.

I have noticed this bug as well; also not only does it silence but the damage from the spell also processes.

Therefore, not only do you lose health % from pool but also still get hit with the silence and damage from Cho.

BUmp. Fix this shit Riot. Also (and I might be a noob here) Fizz ultimate damages you while in the pool. I don't know if that is actually supposed to happen, but it happens.
