[CRASH] An unknown DirectX error has occurred

so after i updated to windows 8.1 i couldnt open cs go and it had to do with directx but i've been able to play league fine for about three days but when i go into the loading screen after champ select it an error message appears saying an unknown directx error has occurred. here is a link to the message http://gyazo.com/1f5ddef99c3455dad50dc669306f5502 can somebody please help :> and btw i updated my drivers and it didnt do anything
