Fps Drops After 10 min in the Game

Greeting mates, lately i experienced not literally a bug ! but after 10 min my fps goes from 100/90 to 25/30 ! i also had true bugs and received a error message asking me to delete Third Party Programs which i have no idea what is it ! i'm suffering from this problem for weeks now and i'm getting banned 'AFK' and loosing my games Help plz
