Stuck at zero

I don't know for other game than aram... cause I just don't want to check XD, but once everyonne has their champ and the countdown come to zero... the loading screen page does not open... everytime I must close the game ( always receiving the death treat of a timer penalty), and then to re-open the game I must end the task in the task manager, enter my nickname/password and then the loading screen will open and I can play

it's kinda annoying, and start happening after the last patch, I made a repair and it did not work. Any help ?
