FPS lag...

Has anyone else been getting massive drops in FPS from teamfights or ults (brand). I have a i7-6700HQ with 16GB of ram and a 950m GTX. I took a break and came back to play a few games ARAM went fine and even one for all when it was out but in rift my frames drop to 10 or less in team fights. I can normally play on max setting with 140+ FPS but tonight it was unplayable.....

are you playing on a laptop or a desktop?

In order.

Cap your frame rate.

Turn off background programs.

check your temperature on you VGU.

turn down your graphic quality.

Update: it was only for that one game i went into a custom and tried using the ults and my frames were fine.... odd.
