I play alot of shaco and in the last game i just played her W would stop my Q (blink) from allowing me to actually blink to a new area. Instead it only let me go invisible. Poppys new W. should only stop dashes right? Was it intended for her W to stop blinks as well? such as Shaco Q Ezereal E Zeds W ect ect ?

Well this would be frustrating to play with but i think this was intended. Think about it, if someone is chasing, and a yasuo throws out a tornado and ults you, you would think that the w is bugged right? I think blinks count as a dash but just too fast too see or something. I mean look at the animation for yasuo's ult. Thhere is a streak before he get in the air. Zed's w has an animation too with essence left in between the shadows. I'm sure Riot meant for this to happen.
