Game forcing queue

Sometimes, and magically its always in my promos, there is a bug that happens every so often. I will hit accept match and it will throw me back like I am in a queue, but I will be assigned to a match. I can hear people typing and banning, and then when it is my turn to pick I hear beep beep beep and then boom queue dfodge and loss of promo match. I'm hoping we can solve this fast because its pretty stupid that I have to take a loss for your Texas instruments client.
