Beta Client issues

I've reverted back to the legacy client because of 3 issues. I principally play ARAM, and all these issues occur during ARAM games.

1. On Champion Select, I cannot click on my portrait to look at my abilities and see how they work. This is obviously very bad for me when I get free rotation champions I've never played, as I don't know what load out to take.

2. Chat filter is disabled as the client shows, however it still shows **** during games. (EDIT: Even in legacy, chat filter will not turn off. I have tried even using the /chatfilter command line and it says it is disabled, yet it is still showing the stars)

3. I play 5-10 ARAM games a day, and in 1-2 of them the game will begin having issues staying connected, and then crash out. There is no specific timeline for how long this takes, though it does happen at least once a day. I am not sure if I clicked "Send Report" or did not in my haste to return to a game.
