GAMES CRASHING EVERY 2 GAMES FOR NO APPARENT REASON(SUPER TILTED)

Hey everyone,I want to report a bug and it is very unusual indeed and I don't know of anyone or seen this bug on reddit or boards.So basically what happens is well you can probably guess by the title,but basically what happens is it's not like a regular crash with the blue screen or everything just freezes and you can't move your mouse,everything freezes by I still have somewhat control of my mouse you're probably thinking "what do you mean somewhat?" well i can move it but it moves very awkwardly like it moves much more than i intend it to even if i set my mouse to lowest sensitivity.One more thing,it makes some weird windows noise right when it happens.Started about a week ago randomly in a ranked game (in promos to plat btw D:).I have gotten two afk banns from this already and probably headed towards an even bigger ban soon. I've tried everything you might think of (Conduct Full repair,delete and re-download,update drivers) and I have a decent gaming laptop that's not even a year old yet.Again,I have found nobody with the same problem as me so i have nothing to turn to for help.It only happens while playing league not when I'm playing other stuff.I use a nvidia and have nvidiaexperience and optimied legaue. Any help would be appreciated I'm really about to quit this game all because of this constant crashing,which I really want to avoid doing b/c i honestly really love playing this game and other games just don't seem as interesting( (have tried eve online,gta,sc2, and fOrtNitE lol).Anyways that's all i say,any help would be appreciated and hopefully this gets resolved.
