Champion Mastery Bug

The "Season Highest Grade" shown is an A+, however, the portrait and mastery chest icon (which needs at least an S- ranking to become unlocked) are both present. I'm fairly sure I have gotten at least an S- on Varus, but don't know why an A+ is reported as the highest mastery.
