Lucian and Rageblade BUGGED!!!

So i bought Rageblade on lucian and Wits End both have the item description with : (Wits End) Basic attacks (on-hit) grant +5 magic resistance and reduce the target's magic resistance by 5 for 5 seconds. <- This applies instant 2 stacks if you got your passive (Lightslinger)!!!

(Rageblade) Basic attacks grant +8% attack speed, +3 attack damage and +4 ability power for 5 seconds, stacking up to 6 times, granting a total of +48% attack speed, +18 attack damage and +24 ability power. At 6 stacks, gain Guinsoo's Rage. <- This only applies ONE stack if you got your passive(Lightslinger)!!!

Now the strangest thing is if you got Guinsoo's Rage your passive Lightslinger instantly applies the effect to trigger on-hit effects twice !

Now the thing that makes me frustrated is that you only get 1 stack even if you got your passive on that means you cant stack Rageblade so fast even if you should cause your passive should provide you 2 stacks !!!!! This leads me to think that this is a bug plz fix this cause it would make more sense and more fun !!!!

Lucian only getting 1 stack of Guinsoo's Rageblade even with his passive is not a bug. Riot changed this back in patch 6.11, causing the second shot of Lucian's passive to not proc Guinsoo's Rageblade or Runaan's Hurricane, with the explanation that it's not a basic attack. This leads me to believe that only actual basic attacks will stack Rageblade, not abilities that apply on hit effects.
