Remake needs an update

I've just had a game where my loading screen reached 100% but I never actually loaded into the match. I held off reconnecting for a minute assuming I'd just get taken to the end game screen for a remake. However, apparently it didn't count as a disconnection and I eventually reconnected at the 6 min mark, by which point the enemy had snowballed the 4v5 and 15 mins of everyome's time was wasted. Can Riot please put a movement requirement on the remake feature as well - e.g. if someone hasn't bought items and moved out of the fountain by 3 mins a remake option should be available?
