Hextech chest & key disappears

Soo, I created a key from key fragments and decided to open my hextech chest. I right click on it and hit open and then the chest animation thing disappears and the entire chest just disappears from my inventory as well as my key ... after that I relog and nothing new is in my inventory? rito plz help
