i had 1 upgrade of gankplank's ultimate and about 550 silver serpent in late game, then when i tried to buy the second one i couldn't because it was unavailable in my shop.

What do you mean it was unavailable? You couldn't find it or it wouldn't let you upgrade?

I believe in gangplank's recommended items he has it at the bottom of the recommended items.

I just tried a custom game just to check out the new gankpank, but i couldnt even get the 1st ultimate upgrade. I see it on the item shop, but wont let me click it! it was greyed out and i had like 600 ss. hmmm will try again
