Freezing Screen

I since 2 Patches, my League often Freeze in game or while in champ selection. I cannot alt-F4 i cannot even move my mouse. FREEZE complete. I have to shutdown my PC and open it again EACH TIME. but I install league twice since this problem happen and yet nothing change my problem is still there. Even with Repair Hextect lol tool nothing is fix. Please can someone tell me if im alone getting this or some other have the same problem
