bug in clash

Same happened to my team, we left and when we opened League our team didn't exist.

Left champion select and re opened my client because it was stuck and now my team doesnt even exist Received an orb for the 4th place Didnt even play how can i lose?

I played clash with my team last night we won 2 of 2 and we received the orb that was promised but when we tried to open it we receive this error and even till now we don`t have what was in it (we only have the gold sword with green background that came in the same time with the orb). Error message: "It appears this Hextech unit has a bad motivtor. Please try restarting your client if you continue to see this message please try again later; there may be issues with the service." We restarted the client multiple times, but still nothing
