Client Black Screen after Disconnecting

Presented with a black screen after trying to reload the game after random DC My connection didn't even drop the game just DC'd and then I couldn't log back in. http://prntscr.com/pwuoic

I just had this exact same bug happen to me in a ranked match. I was disconnected randomly, with no issues to my internet, and cannot log back in. I can log into other servers (I have accounts on the PBE and EUW and can log in there with no problem) but cannot log into the NA server.
