It doesn't happen every time, but lately when I play Xerath, his Q will just vanish when I'm channeling and not let me release it. I thought it was just a Xerath bug, but the same thing happens on Pyke. I even saw the same bug in a RossBoomsocks video. Something is glitchy.
Me too from last patch on Xerath. EUNE.
Same with me, happens to me with pyke q and can be quite bad in mid-fight.
Happens on any channeling ability with a cast indicator. Pyke, Xerath, and Vi Q's
Intermittently, when charging Q, the cast indicator disappears but the channeling continues. Releasing Q will cause the cast to occur.
