NO LP RECEIVED FOR RANKED WINS? [GAMEPLAY][CLIENT]

Along with the situation of getting kicked out of the loading screen right after champ select then having to restart the client to get reconnected into the game "which happened on one game so far " i have two ranked wins that i did not receive any Lp for which would of put me into promos and with 1 win.
