[GAMEPLAY] Urgot ULT immediately reactivates while Trynda is invulnerable

First: I'm not suggesting that urgot ult should kill trynda while he is invulnerable, lets get this out of the way. The actual bug is that Urgot ult reactivates **immediately **to reel trynda in, providing NO opportunity to wait his ult out while trynda is marked! This is sorta kinda gamebreaking for Urgot players.

Also it is 100% reproducible:

1. Trynda ults
2. Urgot R Trynda.
3. Urgot R immediately reels him in, without pressing R again
