Current In Game Bug Caitlyn

So far when using the default Caitlyn skin there is a auto att bug, where the damage sometimes comes up before the bullet hits, now this bug been happening since patch 4.10 why is it not fix yet... Now with safari Caitlyn I don't have this auto att bug, and its only been with the default skin, but the only skin I have is safari so if anyone else has this bug with other skins please confirm it here, Thank you.
