Key Fragments Drops

Hello, i'm a League player in EUW, in game name: Sörye. I've been playing for alot really, and getting alot of S+ etc. Performing well overall. But something strange happened, I'm not getting Key Fragments anymore, the last Key Fragment i got was over a month ago, whats the % in the drop? And what could have happened to me? Thanks
