after inserting password, client waits too much to login in chat system

i notice that in login interface after inserting username and password, client waits too much (Like 15-20 seconds) to login in chat system and whole PC is frozen during this period of time. . Normally this is done in 2-3 sec. PC is frozen like no Alt+Tab or Ctr+Alt+Del not working, nothing. Completely frozen.
