Augments not loading

Augments, both in the collections menu and during champ select, has a permanent loading screen. Not sure why, please help. I have already tried closing and reopening.

Edit:. Additionally, I have already played 2 games of intro and both times it told me I had unlocked Cadet difficulty, but I'm unable to play on anything but intro level. Cadet is finally unlocked, just took ages, for some reason.
