Patching Error

So I went to get on LoL and in the launcher it said we have restored your game to a previous version and will now patch it back up. This is devastating for me with WiFi speeds of 50Kbps. Anyway it does this every time I open LoL. I got the hex tech patcher thing and did a soft repair and it worked. Then I had the glitch where when you open the launcher where it says league forever and does nothing. I ended it in task manager and the repatch glitch is happening now. Am I not supposed to end the task in task manager? Please help. Thanks
