were you premade with the player who was afk?
If yes, it's not a bug just the usual protection against abuse of remake
You were premade with the AFK player, so both of you will lose LP.
Just imagine, you're playing with your buddy who is boosting you, you start the game, he's still afk, the jg invades, tripple kill for the adc, that's probably game if the adc plays well... oh but wait just remake, you won't lose LP your buddy will but who cares, he'S boosting you, so then you avoid easy losses
