[Gameplay] Karthus - Dying after using Lay Waste cancels ability but puts it cooldown

As Karthus, when you Lay Waste, there is a one second delay as Karthus charges the ability. If you die within one second of casting Lay Waste, the ability will cancel (which may be intended), but then the ability also goes on cooldown. So many times, in the first second of my passive, I cannot cast any Lay Wastes, and I have to just sit there while they run out range. I've posted a few vids of it on my plays.tv
