Ekko E bug

I'v been playing around a little with he firecannon item. and i tried how it worked with ekko when i noticed 3 bugs with the firecannon and hes E abiliti.

The first bug i noticed was that staik shive proc happen before the blink part of hes E, not at the same time. Fixing this would probarly also fix the second bug. Sometimes when the statik shive/firecannon energize effect killed somthing outside the E blink range, but inside the E firecannon range. He did not always blink. And the third bug is with hes plain E. from the build i tested i got alot of attack speed, but when he blinked to the target he used so long time on doing hes next basic attack.
