Windows 10 Xbox GameBar causing freeze at fountain

Hey I just wanted to post a big thank you to the community. I was having the issue of fountain freeze and found the solution while digging thru these forums. For some reason the gamebar was able to turn itself back on(I blame SWTOR - everything about her is bugged -- still fun). Its not intuitive turning off the bar, and personally I had to use regedit in my search field on my PC to fix the problem.

Hope this helps anyone experiencing the same problem. Kinda surprising when you can't play league period, but a clever fix works like a charm.

Really hope it works been having this issue for 3 weeks did everything I could... drives me nuts to think something this simple could have made my league days so frustrating. See when I get off work ...

Most of the time the service policy will still enable it. It's just a way for microsoft to force their shitty programs for us to use or eavesdrop on us. Old PC's are doomed if gamebarpresencewriter.exe keeps running. For me with my current build 8gb ram 2gb VM 3.2ghz duo I'm dropping frames from 80 capped to 50 during team fights because of that process. I suggest turning all the one(s) into zeroes when it comes to the registry values. I tried the surgical approach and it keeps booting up like an evil weed.
