All players one slot

All players one slot, No fps showing, no indicators in item box. And like all good deeds I got punished for afk because i had to download fraps and make this screenshot. Thank you Riot.

Details: Game was in Ranked Mode if it matters masteries page("ad") life steal, rune page ("Full AD"). this never happened but, the fps not showing and item indicators have happened before.
