Heimer Nerf?? Why????
Heimer Q dont proc in Rylay, Dark Harvest and Aery. Rylai is a core item for most Heimerdingers!!!! One week ago Heimer was ok and it was not a broke champ. Why you nerf Heimer???

It is a bug, was confirmed by riot the other day, hopefully will be fixed by the end of the patch.
Nooo poor Heim :( i admit he's strong, but this nerf is utterly stupid. Why the hell Rylai should Not proc on q?! It's such An ESSENTIAL item To stop divers and assassins... And now...all The freaking spells proc The runes mentioned above but not Heimers turrets?! Why should i even max q anymore since They dont interact with ANYTHING anymore?
Just remove his turrets at this Point.
