Crown of Lions Icon Missing

Hi, I completed the 2018 VS. event today and forged the God-King Garen Border + God-King Garen Icon + Crown of Lions Icon reward but the Crown of Lions Icon seems to be missing from my Icon collection. God-King Garen Icon is there but not the other and I cannot figure out why. Can anyone help me with this issue please? It will greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

well , i own both of them but they dont show in the collection tab ... they showed for me only when i am choosing my icon , idk why maybe a bug or it is just like that ... but u do have it , it just doesnt show in the collection tab

I just forged the Little Wolf Icon + Forsaken Wolf Icon and it only gave me one Icon again, the Little Wolf Icon but not the other one. It doesn't appear anywhere in my Icons, not even listed as an unearned Icon in my Collections, even if I type it into the search, it's just completely gone!

This seems to be a serious problem that I am not being allowed to have Summoner Icons no matter how hard I work for it.

May I get a Riot administrator to respond to this major glitch please?

Also, I'm actually missing a ton of Icons that I've legitimately earned through out the past few months, now that I've checked thoroughly. This just isn't right. Is no Riot representative going to address this?
