[gameplay] Black screen, but in game

Client and champ select are working correctly, but when loading happens, I can only see 1 or 2 other champs and I get stuck at 7% or so (usually just a low number). But apparently the game does load because I can hear all the ingame sounds and I can even move my champ around by right clicking here and there. But i have no idea where I'm going because I can only see a black screen and the mouse. I can even type to my team, but can't read their replies. I've been forced to jump from games (no ranked though) after loading because of this issue.

Any idea what is up? I've tried restarting my computer; didn't help. And I'm not super tech savvy so I don't know what else I can do about this. I need this ed. I can't even play URF because of this...
