Mac book game doesn't open

Hi, I recently shut off my laptop (macbook air) before closing out of league. Now my game won't open when I click the icon, it just bounces around and nothing pops up. I tried redownloading, but now the redownloading screen just bounces and then doesn't pop up. I've tried redownloading, deleting, shutting off computer, clearing downloading history, etc. multiple times. Help anyone?
