Please help

I've never done anything like this but after what just happened I have a serious complaint. I am currently Silver I but the reason for that is for losing 2 games in a row. Previously I was Gold V. The reason I am making this post is that there shouldn't have been a reason for me to have been dropped. I played a game on the 20th of October that was a loss and I ended it there. I then played another game that was a loss on the 22nd of October, after the game I got a notification for being demoted and right after it stated it for being inactive. I didn't play a rank game for 2 days which apparently is long enough for me to be demoted. I would seriously like some to look in to this, its unfair for the amount of time I put into this game to get demoted for being inactive for 2 days.
