Kalista Infinite Rend vs. Sion

I have no picture or anything, but basically after sion dies and activates his passive... every time kalista procs rend on sion, the cooldown refreshes. Every. Time. So basically I can slow for days. Is this supposed to happen?

Sounds like a bug. The cooldown refreshes when the target is killed. Since he is "dead", the code must be checking "if(isDead)", or something, rather than "if(HP-dmg<=0)" to see if the skill refreshes.
