Dominion Spells NOT Deleted

Long story short. There are still some remains of the Dominion mode that I'll miss. It isn't anything big.

If a player were to go on their profile page and click on spells, they will still be able to see the Dominion spells like Garrison{{summoner:17}} or Clairvoyance {{summoner:2}}. Also, the text descriptions for all the spells have to be updated to not include dominion. I know this is small and short. I am not entirely sure if it should even be considered a bug.
