Aram {CRASH}

My Aram games now crash all the time. MId game i get disconnected and have to end the client and restart and then re-connect. Only now restarting the client isnt working. I have been stuck for 1 hour trying to reconnect to a game that must be well finished by now considering my team will be 4 v 5. I can't start another game or visit the shop or do anything as the game still has me down as IN GAME. What can i do to fix this probelm and why is aram suddenyl so buggy and crashing all the time its getting very annoying please can you fix this Riot.
