i keep getting no tokens

i payed fot the event pass thing that lets u farm tokens, and now it doesnt work anymore? i get the notification that i get em but there are no tokens for the last 5 games that i played in my loot, i have legit 199 tokens, and i needed 1 token for the orb, and this bug happends in the past and i even made a ticket for it but i was ignored to this day, so i came there, my girlfriends doesnt get any tokens for the past 5 games as well. its annoying that i pay for something and i dont even get a response that lets me know they are working on a fix, I get that myb its impossible to give me the tokens that i've lost but at least dont ignore me? like i payed for it and i should get what i payed for ? its very rude to just tell me to fuck off indirectly [slayer-jinx-unamused]
