[GAMEPLAY] Xayah and Raken don't shut up when muted

Muting a player normally stops you from both getting their messages and hearing their taunts, but "passive" quotes like those from Xayah and Rakan don't get muted. This tilts me because I'd rather not hear their lovey dovey crap after getting double killed if I choose to mute them, thanks.
