AZIR - Summon's Auto-Attacks not connecting

I am still having issues with Azir's summoned minions not dealing damage when they auto-attack. It is not constant but there are plenty of times when his summons will attack and either deal damage to none of the enemy minions, or only deal damage to one. The animations go off, the sounds accompany, but no damage is dealt. This isn't specific to attacking minions as I have had this issue in attacking champions as well.
