Wukong Q acting weird when used before E.

I am pretty sure this is a bug, as it acts differently to Wukong a couple weeks ago. But if it isn't then feel free to correct me :)

Also in the video I didn't buy any items to make sure it wasn't anything to do with them.

Regarding the title I did not include [GAMEPLAY] but I cannot find where to edit the title.

Experiencing same issue.. Hopefully riot notices this.
