Leave buster problem

Well yesterday i got leaver buster , that is okey, I probably can accept that i will wait 20 minutes for 5 games, so that is not problem. But when i go to que and wait for that 20 minutes and click '' accept '' , i don't know if my '' accept '' was really accepted , because after some time i will not be in champion select. I will be on start and wait next 20 minutes ... and that is loop ... So what the hell is wrong with it ?
