A bug with League of Legends server?

So, I've been playing games and earned a couple of S- games but haven't earned any chests for it. I checked in my profile and it shows that I have 4 available chests to claim if I have a S- or greater when earned from playing games. Is there a bug in league of legend's server preventing me to earn my chests?

There's also been a bug with earning mission points by watching esports live streams. Is this common? I get it every so often and it makes it difficult for me to complete my mission when it wouldn't let me when I clearly watched the whole esports live stream...

Have they been with unique champions? You can't get an S- or above with the same champion over and over to keep gaining chests, you can only receive one chest per champion.

I might be wrong on the directions since I'm in a game rn but if you go to Profile > Champions (?) and hover over each one you can see which one you've earned an S/chest with.
