[GAMEPLAY] Tibbers did not attack, not even after Annie's death.

This bug occured while in a ranked game.

I did not try to reproduce the bug, but basically what happened twice in a row, was Tibbers not attacking when spawned. One could argue I clicked on a minion with 'R' or something like that, but he didn't even attack her killer once Annie died.

I do not know what caused this.
