[CLIENT] won't let me in champ select (black screen), and sound issues

First time: I was in champ select, but the queue music and the champ select music were playing at the same time. When i entered loading screen, the queue music was still playing. I exited the game and reopened League and it was fixed.

Second time: I was in queue for solo ranked, top primary mid secondary, i got matched, i clicked accept, and the client turned black without any music. Nothing happened, then it automatically took my back to the matchmaking screen (where you select the roles) and said I dodged a game (which I didn't) and had to wait like 5 minutes before joining queue again.

Third time: Same thing as the second time. I was in queue for solo ranked, top primary mid secondary, i got matched, i clicked accept, and the client goes black screen without any music. This time I tried going into options and clicked 'check for bugs' or something. I went and popped up something that said 'checking for corruption'. Then it just went to login screen. I logged in, tried to join solo ranked queue, top primary mid secondary, then it said I dodge too many times (i didn't dodge even once) and said I have to wait like 25 minutes.

Not my fault, client bug, please help.
