[GAMEPLAY] Cho'Gath R goes on CD without dealing DMG

When you Feast anything that is about to die, with the right(wrong) timing, R will go on CD without dealing DMG. You can ping your R CD after this bug occured and it will say "R is ready" in chat, aswell as the ult-indicator above the champion portrait being green as if Feast isnt on CD. Even in LoL-Replay it will show that R isnt on CD.

This a live clip of me replicating the bug in pratice mode. Took some time but worth it in my book.

This is a LoL-Replay clip of the bug. It occurs when Zac steals baron and you can see me pinging R in chat because I'm super tilted. Didnt have R for the following fight either. Replay shows my ult as ready too. Please give me an update if you have any plans fixing this, it was a good amount of work to record this.
