Team Builder Matchmaking

hopefully this is the right place this time :)

Please !!!!! the last 3 games, the enemy team has had at least 2 level 30 players and our team only in the teens,,,,,,,I'm level 14! The level 30's were ALL ranked from silver 5 up to Platinum 3. Now how is this fair or fun? I have no level 3 runes or full masteries and it is no fun getting blasted from the gate and called noobs when we have NO fair shot at all. Please fix this as it is very un-enjoyable!
