Cant load into game sometimes got 20 minute leaver buster for it cause it happends so often

Every time after hero select and before going into the loading screen the game does int appear and just simply crashes never have had this problem before until recently got a leaver buster for it. I tried reinstalling the game that worked for about a day and now its back to its same old shenanigans anybody else have this issue?
